COVID PROTOCOLS

VISITATION
- All residents can have social visitors during the established visiting hours. 7 days a week between the hours of 9:30 - 11:30, 1:30 - 4:30 and Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
- All residents can have one approved essential visitor outside of established visiting hours to help their loved ones with meals or other essential tasks.
- There are no restrictions to visitors when a resident is when a resident is at end of life (including vaccination status).
- This will remain in place unless we are declared to be on outbreak / enhanced monitoring and at that time, all family members will be notified.
- Large group of visitors are encouraged to plan outdoor visits.
- Visitors are limited to 2 adults and 3 children (under 18). Please contact the manager if you request a larger group visit or request additional visitors.
SCREENING PROTOCOLS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Rapid tests are now being done off site and visitors are to bring proof. In addition visitors will answer screening questions and may not be allowed entry if displaying signs of covid symptoms.
- All visitors are required to wear a mask in all common areas and in shared rooms.
- Please do not come in for a visit if you are unwell.
VACCINATION
- All visitors need to be fully vaccinated.
- At least 2 doses of the vaccine is required and proof of status must be shown.
